PRIVACY POLICY.

This redesign retains the existing policy below. The hosting-provider reference relates to the previous website and should be reviewed. No enquiry storage, advertising trackers or language-preference storage have been added in this redesign.

Who is responsible. Until Nordic Pectin ApS is registered, the data controller is Aaron Carey, trading as Nordic Pectin ApS under stiftelse (under formation), Vedbæk Stationsvej 37 C, 2950 Vedbæk, Denmark. Email: nordicpectin@gmail.com . Once the company is registered, it becomes the controller, and we will update this page.

What we collect. We collect the business contact details you send us: name, company, role, email, phone, CVR/VAT number, delivery postcode and address, and the content of your sample or quote request. We collect no consumer checkout data, run no advertising trackers, and sell no personal data.

Why, and on what legal basis.

Answering sample and quote requests and preparing an agreement. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Ongoing B2B correspondence and follow-up with your company. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running and developing our business (Art. 6(1)(f)). Bookkeeping, once orders are placed. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

How long we keep it. We keep enquiries and correspondence for 24 months after our last contact, then delete them. Accounting records are kept for as long as the Danish Bookkeeping Act requires (currently 5 years).

Who processes it for us. We use Google (Gmail email) and Vercel (website hosting). Both may process data in the USA. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We share data with carriers only when we send you a delivery.

Cookies. This site uses only what it needs to work, such as remembering your language choice. We use no advertising or analytics trackers. See the Cookies page .

Your rights. You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, or object to processing. Write to nordicpectin@gmail.com . You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) at www.datatilsynet.dk .

Deletion request. To have your business contact details deleted, email nordicpectin@gmail.com with the subject “Deletion request”. We will delete the enquiry data we hold unless a legal duty requires us to keep it (for example bookkeeping records).

Business buyers, not children. This site is for business buyers of manufacturing bases. We do not target children and we do not collect children’s personal data.
